Project update - Proposed permanent electronic message sign on the Princes Highway, Arncliffe

The NSW Government is funding this project as part of its $246 million Pinch Point Program, which aims to reduce traffic delays, manage congestion and improve travel times on Sydney’s major roads, particularly during weekday peak periods.

The project includes installing a new sign on Princes Highway opposite Spring Street, to provide northbound road users with up-to-date information on traffic conditions and planned and unplanned incidents and events.

The NSW Government is taking action to deliver transport improvements for the Northern Beaches, including an integrated program of service and infrastructure improvements to deliver a new B-Line service.

We are seeking your feedback by Thursday 24 March on a proposal to install a permanent electronic message sign at the intersection of Barrenjoey Road and Seabeach Avenue, Mona Vale. The proposal aims to improve traffic flow on the B-Line corridor by providing southbound motorists with information on planned and unplanned events so they can make better, more informed decisions about their journey.
