The NSW Government is funding this $49,000 project for essential safety improvements at the intersection of Gipps Street and Broughton Street, Concord.
Roads and Maritime Services will deliver this project, which includes upgrading the traffic signal to increase signal visibility for motorists travelling north and southbound on Broughton Street. This work will be carried out in two stages.
The first stage will occur in three shifts between 6:30am and 5pm from Monday 5 January to Wednesday 21 January 2015 excluding Saturdays, weather permitting.
The second stage of work may be conducted at night, if required, in two shifts from 6pm and 5am between 12 January and 21 January 2015 excluding Saturdays, weather permitting.
